This is the first test of our custom design bowden extruder. It’s a double extruder with simple design using two counteracting levers with bearings and a single spring. It works well transfering the tourque of the motor to the filament through the bowden. To obtain good performance the spring shall be quite strong.
We are very happy with this test and we want to test with the hot end as soon as possible.
The strange noise in the background of the video is the “old” BadPrinter1 printing parts for the new one 🙂
